Tatiana Pugachevskaya was born in 1971 in Odessa
She graduated from graphic art department of Pedagogical University in Odessa. Tatiana took courses of animation art in Odessa Film Studio.
Since 1993 she works as an animator artist for different animation studios from Odessa, Kiev, Moscow and Los-Angeles.
